STRUCTURAL ADHESIVES AND EPOXIES Structural adhesives permit high strength bonding of dissimilar materials such as metals, ceramics, plastics, rubbers and glass without the need for spot welding, bolts or screws. Sureloc structural adhesives are two part systems, designed for simple, no-mix application in a high speed production environment. The adhesive is applied to one surface and the activator is sprayed or painted on to the other. Curing commences when the two surfaces are assembled. Sureloc Epoxies when mixed with the hardening agent produces a solid, cross-linked, high molecular weight polymer that provides a tough, insoluble bond with good adhesion to a variety of substrates. Widely used in a variety of industries from construction and automotive to high tech electronics assembly. |
