What is the normal delivery period for Sureloc products.
Answer:
Most bulk orders are dispatched within 7 to 10 days, bottled products within 7 days from receipt of order.* A limited stock of our most popular grades can be despatched on a 24 hour service. Our intention is to offer our customer maximum shelf life on all adhesives so most are made to order.
Question:
What is the shelf life of your adhesives.
Answer:
Most Sureloc adhesives have a shelf life of 12 months.** This applies to adhesives being kept in their original container, un-opened and stored at the correct temperature.
Bulk anaerobics have to be stored in certain conditions*** if long term storage is required.
Question:
Do you have minimum order quantities.
Answer:
No we don’t for all standard grades, however customers should check with us to make sure that the freight cost does not outweigh the cost of the adhesive on very small orders. Alternately you can purchase certain products directly via our ebay site.
Question:
Can you air freight your adhesives
Answer:
Most of our adhesives are currently non-restricted and can be air freighted. However, aerosol products such as activators and accelerators have to be shipped by truck or sea, we ship World Wide.

Can you custom fill and own brand for us.
Answer:
Most definitely, we are able to fill and label for own branding.
Question:
We have checked your web site and are looking for an alternative to certain adhesives, can you produce this.
Answer:
We custom manufacture many different grades of adhesives so if it falls within our range of adhesives there a very good chance that we can.

Do you provide a back up service.
Answer:
